It is one thing for an online company to have good ratings from customers who purchase a product and have no problems. It is a whole different story when customer service is required.
I recently purchased a refurbished CRT monitor from them. After using it for a few days it started having problems. I called, got a support person right away and after sending him pictures of the screen he had me send it back at their expense. They checked it out for a week and found nothing wrong. They gave me a choice of another monitor, the original monitor, or a refund. I chose to have the same monitor returned. When they were doing a pre-ship test the found a problem with it. They notified me and I chose another monitor. They shipped that one at their cost.
I have just one gripe. Though minor, it would be nice to have an email now and then to update me. Except when an important event happened they did not contact me unless I contacted them first.
