It's extremely difficult to talk with anyone at this company due to the language barrier. So, I ordered what I thought was the product I wanted on line. The product (a phone charger) sold for $9.99.
Unlike Amazon and other providers, My World Phone did not offer free shipping. So, add $13.80 to my bill for shipping and handling. My total expense for this charger was then $23.79. When the package arrived (six days after I order it) I discovered that what they shipped (and what I thought that I had orderd) were not the same. I looked at the shipping paper work in the box and read the following" There is a 15%restocking fee applies in All returns". That statement was followed by " All returns must be done with in 7 calendar days from purchase". In effect, that meant that even if I had gone to the post office or UPS store immediately I would have been outside of their 7 day restriction. Stay away from this organization. They ripped me off...don't let them do it to you too.
“Thank You for your review. Unfortunately, i do not see we have done anything wrong. We are in business since 1999 and we always suggest customer buys the accurate product. You made purchase of a wrong product and wanted to return it after a long time. You knew the policy, all business has some sort of policy to protect our interest as well. I see no reason for leaving a negative review.
