I am so glad that I found this company. I was in a pinch to purchase something "NY Yankee" related for my dad's impending birthday. I was linked to this company through Amazon.com but needed to find out if the product I was looking at was in stock and could be received by me overnight. I called NYCfactory and spoke with Daniel. He needed to check and see if he was able to guarantee overnight service. He found out and called me RIGHT BACK. He went straight to UPS and shipped the package. He then called me back to let me know that he had shipped it and that he had sent the tracking info to my email.I received my item VERY quickly the next morning and am so very pleased with the product. I rarely find a merchant who is so willing to go out of his/her way like Daniel did for me! I would be honored to do business with him again.
