TurboBuys had the lowest price on froogal. I read, but didn't heed, the ResellerRatings comments. I attempted to purchase my product at the very low price shown on froogal. First I got an email stating that "transaction information page was not fully completed". I then got a voicemail from "Jake" saying they were missing my CCV # from my credit card. I called several times to speak with someone, and they kept putting me on hold or sending me to voicemail. When I finally spoke to "Jake", he said my reseller identification number was missing. When I told him I didn't know what he was talking about, he went through his obviously rehearsed skit about the price that I saw was for the camera unit only (not retail package), and they are only supposed to sell to warranty replacement resellers. He then put me on hold to "check" if they have any retail packages available, and I'm sure you'd be surprised to know that they did, and they were only about 30% more expensive than the price on froogle. I just canceled my order and kicked myself for not listening to you guys.
