The time it took to ship the laptop was a bit long, but I believe it was because Xotic PC was waiting for a new processor to be available as I had placed my order about a week before the new processors were available. After being notified that my order was being changed with the new part my laptop arrived with no problems. Xotic PC\u0027s service was outstanding and their responses were quick.
