The packaging was superb.<br>Configuration - to build - to ship was fast & was exactly as Eddie (Owner\/Sales Rep) stated time wise. The pros & cons of this machine that Eddie mentioned were exactly as he described in my pre-purchase questions. The price for this configuration & the availability for this new high end Intel CPU chip (I found very few vendors that had this chip on hand) was the best in the marketplace.Eddie answers all & any questions via email & telephone promptly.<br>He gives an excellent description & explanations of features which makes decision making easier.<br>He does NOT push higher price items. I ordered a $300 Headphones Before placing order I called customer service to confirm return procedures because I was unsure if product was compatible with my system. I was assured that returning an item is an easy process. I received product & wanted to return it. X10 advises me that there is a new division X10 Marketplace & switches me to them. There is no live person just voicemail instructions. I fill out form on website for return & 2 days later ther is no reply with RMA instructions. I call back Customer service who advises me that they can not assist & that normally it takes 48 hours for RMA instructions to be emailed. Another nice feature is you can cancel order online easily if you change your mind on the same day you placed order.
