These guys helped me out Optimus at East Coast LCD screens. They wen above and beyond to help me with a product issue. Then when I RMA's the device due to a mix up on part numbers which was neither parties fault; i forgot to include the RMA paperwork or other Identifying way for them to process the RMA when I realized what Happened I contacted them, they could have screwed me but instead they went out of the way to make sure I got my money back. I was also a 1st time customer! YOU DONT SEE BUSINESS DONE THIS WAY ANYMORE THESE GUYS ARE OLD
SCHOOL, Optimus and East Coast LCD screens MADE A VERY GREAT IMPRESSION ON ME, they get my repeat and loyal business
