I ordered an ac blower resistor from Car Parts Discount. It was a special part that I could not get from my local parts store. It was easy to order and was shipped out in just a few days and arrived on time.When I got the part it didn't match the existing part exactly but Drew the customer service agent helped me to figure out that the exact part I needed was not made anymore and through his research with the supplier told me how to install it.He also changed the part description on the website so no one else would run into this same problem. Drew was great. He gave me his extension on his email so I could contact him directly, which was very nice not to have to talk to 10 different people and explain my situation each time I called. I would buy another part from them for sure.
