Fast, cheap, and wonderful selection. In my opinion these are the prices that music SHOULD be and WOULD be if the executives of the labels weren't so fat and happy.

I bought a few shirts over 4 years ago and now decided I wanted to replace a couple of them since they've shrunk/worn/gotten stained etc.

Unfortunately many of the people here speak the truth when it comes to the "tissue paper thin" fabric they're using. There's no way to tell when you're ordering which you'll get, but when they arrive if they have a "bustedtees - The joke's on you" on the label on the collar, well, the joke REALLY IS on you because this will be a crappy tissue paper thin (.5 mm or less) shirt.

Also, if the tag says, "Alternative - Made in Egypt" it's hit or miss for sizing. I received two shirts with this label - "Initech" which is a large, was a bit thin but not as bad as the "bustedtees" label, and fits just okay (until I wash it probably). The next shirt I got was "Fantasy Football" it's pretty thing but feels a little more durable than the fore mentioned however it's a "large" that fits like a small/medium. Again, both of these last two had the SAME label "alternative - Made in Egypt" and are both marked as "large" yet they both fit completely differently.

The next two shirts I got were "Without Me it's just Aweso" and "Boring" (logo is styled like "Nascar"). They're both pure crap - fit is not a large and they're disgustingly thin. I bought the "Boring" Nascar styled shirt 4 years ago and can confirm they have DEFINITELY changed tshirt companies for purchasing because it was MUCH better quality (thickness) before.

The only shirts out of my order that were decent that I MIGHT consider keeping have labels on the collar that read, "Alstyle - Apparel and Activewear" They are larges, and all three fit exactly the same - great. The thickness on these is MUCH better and is immediately noticeable. The shirts I got that are of these type are, "WWF" (with pandas fighting and mocking the old World Wrestling Foundation being sued for the acronym), and "I'd hit that" with a donkey pinata.

My 4yr. old bustedtees shirt that is "Missouri loves company" has a label that reads, "American Apparel" Also I have a shirt from 4 yrs. ago from them that has "Highschool" on it (mocking all the "College" named shirts, as well as all the joke shirts that actually say, "College" to mock the University named shirts - this "Highschool" shirt from Bustedtees from 4 yrs. ago also has a label that reads, "American Apparel." Both of these mentioned shirts fit great for a large, lasted 4 years+ just fine and were great quality.

To be honest I'm a bit pissed that I bought nearly 15 shirts or so from them 4 years ago, then came back a few days ago to buy 6 more and got quality varying from crap to just okay, along with two "decent."

I'm resourceful enough that I could just make my own damn shirt using their same funny logos (or better - some of them are dumb; the "You complete me" tshirt is supposed to be representative of Voltron, but they used an off-looking robot that SLIGHTLY resembles Voltron - probably so they wouldn't get sued) - again, I could (and probably will) make my own tshirts with the same funny sayings with the same or BETTER graphics/drawings.

With something so easily replicated at home by anyone the only thing Bustedtees had going for them was the ease of online ordering and decent quality shirts. They've seriously screwed up the latter of those two.

Save yourself some money - go to the store and buy a decent quality tshirt in ANY color you want, some tshirt transfers and copy their designs/sayings or better them and make your own shirt.

FYI - I'll be returning almost all the shirts I ordered (6). Like I said, I'm considering keeping the two decent ones but since I can make my own and directly control what I get out of it, I might be better off just returning them all.

I hate you bustedtees. BTW - sending me 4 "newsletter" emails within a week of placing my order with you is ridiculous. You're borderline spam now.

Pre-ordered an xbox live vision camera from this store via Google checkout. Google checkout is great, however it doesn't improve the service of Buy.com any. Funny how this store has a completely different number for "customer service" than it does for sales & that the customer service line is almost always BUSY. Classic set up of a company more interested in *Getting Orders Placed* than servicing exsisting customers or orders already placed. I'm giving this company a complete ZERO for customer service for this dumb a$$ set up. Also, if you order I wouldn't bother trying the sales phone line either as I've been on hold nearly 30 minutes on it, after someone answers which I'm certain they're going to tell me I have to call the customer service phone number. This is the last time I do business with this crap a$$ company.

Ordered SODIMM RAM on the 9th. Got it the morning of the 11th via UPS. That's less than two days! I didn't select anything except their cheapest shipping. For the record, NEVER pay any stores fee for "expidited order processing" or "Rush Order Processing" it's a complete rip off. If they can't get the order processed and shipped out by at least the next business day, they shouldn't be in business.

The RAM I bought from Ewiz.com works great and it was pretty darn cheap too! 1 GB of RAM in my 2002 year Dell Laptop - woo hoo!

Completely incompetent. I placed two separate orders on the same day (same item, but I later decided I wanted more of what I ordered). A week goes by when I decide to check on the status of my order since I hadn't yet received a shipment notification. One of my orders was canceled. I called to inquire and was told they had assumed I placed a duplicate order and took it upon themselves to just cancel one of them. They couldn't call to verify? Idiots. I asked why the order still valid has not yet shipped. I was told word for word, "Sir we have other customers and it's a first come first order fill basis on how we ship." Really? It takes you a week to fulfill an order for 2 small pea fences?! Wow. Now almost 2 weeks later I call again to find out yet again where my order is. I'm told the pea fences are on back order and have been for quite some time. Would have been nice if the first rep. told me that - or better yet if their website didn't say they WERE in stock when I ordered them. I told the rep. I'd like to cancel both of my orders; I was told it was "too late to cancel." Oh really? You haven't shipped my order yet; the items are on back order and you're telling me I can't cancel my order? B.S.! They eventually wound up canceling my order for me once I raised hell and made my case that their logic of "it's too late to cancel" made absolutely no sense.

Stay away - worthless customer service and you'd be lucky if you can even get your product shipped to you; IF THEY EVEN REALLY HAVE IT!

I'm writing a REAL review. I had a bad experience years ago with Hockeygiant.com I can't really remember what it was but I essentially wrote them off. It may have been over shipping/stock issues, but I can't be sure.

Anyhow I decided to give them another try this past week because they had an item I was looking for while others did not. I placed my order 5 days ago. I immediately got a notification telling me my order was processed and I would get a shipment confirmation & tracking number within the next 48 hours. Here we are at day 5... no tracking number, no further communication. You bet they charged my card already though!

Lousy service. You either have a product or you don't. If you do, charge me and ship the damn thing. If you don't, tell me before I place the order - it's 2012 for god's sake... almost every merchant has a system capable of updating their website with their stock as it's sold. What's your problem??

My girlfriend and I were looking to purchase a 42" plasma. We decided on the Phillips 42" HDTV (product number ending in ...9954) and found the very attractive price of $3699 with no tax and only $150 shipping at Protekdirect.com.

WOW - what a mistake this was. I had previously read on this website and others that this company has very pushy tactics to sell extended warranties and accessories - as well as people saying that after they politely refused these items their items were suddenly "out of stock" when they were previously told otherwise! Despite this info available to me we decided to place the order anyways.

We spoke to "STAN JOHNSON" and I advised him I was recording the phone call on my cell phone (new feature on the nextel i730) to ensure that I get satisfactory service and products. I told him what I had heard about their company and he reassured me there would be no pressure to buy options I didn't need. I asked, "so this product IS New and sealed in the manufacturers packaging correct?" "Yes it is" then asked, "it is in stock right? Because I have heard of your tactics" "Yes, it is in stock."

Order was placed - and we were told it would ship and arrive in 7-10 days.

5 days pass - we receive a call on our answering machine from a "Cynthia" saying, "We see you *TRIED* to place an order for a 42" plasma TV... please call us back at 1-800..."

I called today and got Jeremy - then Cynthia. Cynthia tells me the product is "OUT OF STOCK" and will not be available for ordering until the END OF JANUARY AT THE EARLIEST!!! I explained that I was warned about this type of tactic/activity from their company and asked why I was previously told by "STAN JOHNSON" that the product WAS IN STOCK? She tried to sweet talk me and tell me, "Well we have a 72 hour processing period after the order is placed... blah, blah, blah." I told Cynthia that if they want to continue to do business that they should get a REAL-TIME database that shows the level of stock and reserves the product for the customer once it is marked as being sold to them.

Luckily my girlfriend and I didn't order from this company. We can't imagine what the return service would be like if we should have a problem. It was very difficult getting ahold of them in the first place.

Word to the wise.... Don't be lured by the devils low prices. With other people talking about them removing the manufacturer UPC codes from the boxes, and the "Sudden OUT-OF-STOCK" syndrome - you should most definetely STAY AWAY!

My mother has ordered from this company since 1986. After MY first experience with them I have no idea how or why she's been a customer this long.

I saw a recent promotion they were having where you could sign up as a new customer and order any item for $10 or less for free (including delivery). Wow - how could I go wrong? I ordered a free item + a $12 item (after tax). It asked me to choose a delivery date from a drop down box of choices. I picked Fri. August 7th (all day). Since I only had errands to run I would put them off and stay home this day in particular to wait for it.

The whole day came and went. No Schwan's truck. I was pretty pissed I could have been getting things done but instead wasted my whole day at home waiting for some stupid $22 in food to show up at my door. I put it off my mind until Monday morning.

Monday morning I called and spoke with a representative at Schwan's regarding the status of my order on their website now showing "complete." Huh? Did they take it to the wrong house? The rep. claimed my delivery date was supposed to be for 8/10/09. No... I told her I specifically was given a limited set of choices by THEIR website and picked 8/7/09. She brushed me off like it was nothing and then said, "Well let's see, had a free item?" I didn't cut her off, that's all she said; as if some how ordering JUST a free item made me less of a customer. Funny seeing as how I'm attempting to try their service for the first time. I informed her I also ordered another pay-for item as well. Again she brushed me off like it was nothing and said the order would come 8/10/09 (that day). She ended the conversation by reminding me I could always order at www.schwans.com in the future (??? WTH ??? Isn't that what I did to get in this mess in the first place?)

The order came, the driver was very odd - as if he was high or something. I can't quite explain it; he seemed very awkward... maybe it was just me pissed off for wasting a day in its' entirety. The jalapeño poppers I ordered were pretty terrible and there were very few in the box considering they were $12.39 after tax. I could have gotten 2-3 time the amount for a couple bucks less at my local Costco AND I wouldn't have had to wait all day for the thing to show up.

Haven't tried the free Fiesta Lime Chicken dinner I ordered yet - though I wouldn't doubt the portion size is laughable too.

Considering the disorganized website, lack of customer service, and pricey items, we won't be ordering from Schwan's again.

I successfully got 2 free Regal Cinemas tickets from these jerks. My friend however got screwed. He followed the same deal I did. Click through to sign up for a netflix trial. When he completed his sign up qualifications just as I had, his trial pay "order" was never updated. Fortunately Netflix is great and it didn't cost him any real money - but beware, most of their "offers" are with companies you'll certainly have a REALLY hard time canceling your trial with (through being very difficult to reach).

Some facts: We used two different computers with two different IP addresses. Obviously his email, physical address, and credit card were different as well.
