Purchased a Seidio Innocase Rugged Holster Combo for Motorola Droid X from Droid Forums Store which is great to deal with. The other day the clip on the back of the case broke and when I talked to customer service I was told to call Seidio which I did and they said I would have to first send the broken part back to them then would have to wait 1-2 weeks for the replacement. What terrible customer service. I rather find another case for my Droid X then to jump through hoops for these people.

Ordered the XPS 9000 on Nov. 30, 2009 and finally canceled today Jan. 22, 2010 after getting my 5th delay. Customer service is horrible and they will not tell me what the hold up is. I will never buy another computer from Dell, TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actuall purchased a custom computer from AVAdirect and will leave a rating for them once I receive it.

I would however recommend their monitors and there's no problem there only computers.

Received replacement today (about 5 total days since calling them), seems to be taking a charge. I did not have to return the defective helicopter either. I jumped the gun on my review.



Purchased a little RC Helicopter from this company and received it today but it will not charge. I contacted Kristen at Hobbytron who told me they would ship out a new one within 2-3 business days. I then came to this site and saw the reviews and decided to also contact my CC company for advise and they told me the company has 30 days. If I don't receive a working RC Helicopter I will then contact the fraud dept to report them.

Purchased the Dyson DC15 Animal Vacuum and was very pleased at how fast I received it. I'm in Cleveland and I got it from California around 5 business days after ordering it. Shipping was free and although I went to their website, I actually ordered it over the phone to make sure it was in stock. Person was very helpful and sent it out that day. Would deal with them again and the Vacuum is awesome.
