Ordered the XPS 9000 on Nov. 30, 2009 and finally canceled today Jan. 22, 2010 after getting my 5th delay. Customer service is horrible and they will not tell me what the hold up is. I will never buy another computer from Dell, TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Actuall purchased a custom computer from AVAdirect and will leave a rating for them once I receive it.
I would however recommend their monitors and there's no problem there only computers.
