Firstly,the staff is really cool and the products are really great looking.
Their downfall is not being able to actually get the paid for product~or refund~ to the customer and I stupidly paid cash, patiently waited 6 weeks for something that was supposed to be backordered for only one week,by the way,I was never notified of any delays and the order was actually cancelled by the company at one point,again with no notice to me,the dumb cash paying customer.
Don't fall for it,it isn't worth the stress and aggravation and three separate trips to pick up nothing.Oh and NEVER pay cash for a backordered or not in store item.Did I say NEVER pay cash for an item not going with you that day??I paid nearly 400 dollars for a lamp in february,finally went in for a refund 2.5 weeks ago(end of march),they couldn't give me cash and of course,no credit card refund,so here I am waiting for a check that doesn't appear to ever be coming,no product and out 400 large.I'm pissed!
