This was my very first time to buy direct from Dell. I used their website and found the website and the company to be great. I bought a 30" LCD Monitor and love it. The order was processed easily, it shipped the next day, and it arrived very fast. I was updated regularly about my order's status, and was given the abiliity to track the shipment of my order as well. When the item arrived, it was packaged very well. Also, the LCD monitor has no bad or stuck pixels and looks absolutely beautiful. This was a very good first impression, and I'll definately buy from Dell again.

I was a really hesitant to use these guys, because of some of their rating on here. But, nobody else had the Hard Drive that I wanted...so I took a chance. So, I ordered my drive (Fedex overnight) at around 11am and I got it the next morning! I have it installed and it works beautifully. My only wish is that they were more available for tech support, as I had an issue installing the drive. Luckily, Fujitsu had impeccable support and I got it installed without them. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would use them again if I found myself in a pinch.

I bought some of their Ink Cartridges on ebay because they are rediculously cheap! I had problems with them being dried out...or so it appears. After trying a couple...I decided to try and shake the hell out of one and squeeze it to get the ink moving. Once I did that (and cleaned my print head/nozzle) it works fine. So...I just ordered a couple of color cartridges to test this company out and make sure it was just a fluke. I'll update at that time and let you guys know. I will say, that when I complained via email...that they were VERY helpful and genuinely seemed to care about making things right. they offered to exchange them all for new ones and cover shipping. So, at this point I have to say that they've been prety good.

***UPDATE***
Well, that "fix" only made it work for a day and then it was back to it's shitty, dried up state. And, that second chance I gave them? Well...those cartridges NEVER showed up!!! I've never received the items OR a refund!! Also, Right after using their cartridges...my printer will NOT work..and it's all screwed up!! So, I'm out the cost of a printer too!
STAY FAR, FAR, FAR, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered Norton AntiVirus 2003 Pro and they had the BEST price for a full retail box! My order was process very quickly and arrived right on time! I definitely recommend and plan to use them again! Thanks guys!

I bought XP Pro from them and was very pleased with their price...the lowest O've been able to find. My only slight complaint is that it's pictured and presented to be in the actual retail box. Instead, it's the "distrubted with a new PC ONLY" thing...I guess that's no biggie though. I haven't gotten my PC finished yet to test it...but I'm sure it's fine. Anyway, it shipped really fast and arrived right on time. I would buy from them again...and have already recommended others.

**Update**
The XP software works GREAT and so I ordered some rounded internal SCSI cables from them and they arrived very quick and exactly as ordered! I'm VERY pleased with this company and their customer service. I will definitely use and recommend them again!

I bought an Adaptec-DuoConnect from them and got an excellent price. It arrived right on time and was in perfect condition. I would definitely buy from them again!

Because of an employee that no longer works there, I initially had a major problem with my order and complained about it on this site. Because of their high ratings and many happy customers, I actually had hope that they would take care of me...unlike other companies. I'm happy to report that Sterling, with Monarch Computer, called me from home on a Sunday to let me know that he had just been made aware of this situation and wanted to make it right. He is sending me a replacement item and overnighting it to me immediately! Now, THAT's what I call service! I have been in sales for over 11 years and I can tell you that EVERY company has a moment here and there where the ball gets dropped. It's not a perfect world. It's how a company handles themselves in these moments that reveal their character and professionalism. So, I have to say that Monarch Computer has shown that they REALLY care about customer service. I would definitely use and recommend them again!

I thought I needed an adapter for my HD that I couldn't find anywhere...so I sent them a desperate email. These guys not only emailed me immediate to help, but also called me at home as soon as they got my email! It ended up that I didn't even need the part...but I bookmarked their site and will DEFINITELY buy from them in the future...customer service like that is very rare in this industry.

I bought a SCSI hard drive from them...haven't gotten my PC finished to test it yet. But, I can say that it was shipped out and received right on time and as promised. They also had good communication and I didn't have to wonder as to the shipping status. So far so good...I'll update this review once I have my PC finished and can test the HD, which should be sometime this week!

**UPDATE**
The Hard drive works great and is super fast! I love it! I've seen these HD's for twice the price elswhere...I'm very happy with my purchase with Spartan Tech...highly recommend them!
