I've been buying my CD and DVD writeable media from this merchant since about the time DVD burning came onto the computer scene. The prices and personal service are always very precise and timely. Plus, they sell all of the latest and greatest brands as well. I've recommended them to others, and will continue to do so.

I mistakenly ordered a SATA DVD burner and Newegg let me order the correct (IDE) version, no questions asked, with an RMA return that did not incur the usual restocking fee (a full refund). Jesse Perez was awesome, showing me that true Customer Service is still alive and well out there, at least at Newegg.com. Jesse even upgraded my shipping for free on my new order. Thanks again Jesse!! Also, since I've always been using Pricegrabber.com before purchases, Newegg will be my "preferred" merchant from here on out, even if their bottom line price is slightly higher than others.

I had previously purchased an Asus A7V8X-X motherboard from these people that needed to be replaced via RMA. Their professional handling of that situation led me back again, to place another other with them. They're obviously customer satifaction oriented, and have good prices too (found them via PriceGrabber.com both times).
