Terrible customer service. It took 11 days for my order to even process then they lost my package.The hours of operation they have on their site is wrong, and i'm having a very hard time getting in touch with anyone. All i want is a refund now.
After posting this review,I have been contacted numerous times with the staff asking me to remove it. Only then the staff began to communicate with me about the issues i was having with their company. I used the company only because of the reviews i read. Little did I know they harass their customers to remove any negative reviews. I did get a refund after a few days like they said. However, If it were not for the endless emails asking me to remove my negative review, i would have updated this is a friendlier manner.
“Please be advised that this customers placed an order with us when we were closed due to the observance of a holiday. We did have a big banner posted on our website stating that we were closed. Once we reopened we had her package shipped which was lost with UPS. We offered to send the customer an exchange however she opt for a refund which we did promptly.”
