If \/ When you do call them, be prepared to be put on hold for at least 10 minutes or more and if they promise to contact you with any tracking number, don\u0027t bother waiting. I finally got half of my order after several angry phone calls but still nothing for the other half. I\u0027m contacting AMEX to reverse their charge.
