DO NOT touch this company!!! Trust me or you will have a lot of trouble. First, an online store that doesn't support tracking orders online? Yes, PP is such an online store. Secondly, did you see "orders shipped in 24 hours" on the frontpage of PP's website? That's just a LIE!!! They will tell you they need 24 to 48 hrs later. Thirdly, you may never get any email communications from this company although they promised they did sent them to you. So, record what you have and that's the only thing you do have.

The service is really horrible!!! This company only has one person that is in charge of online orders. No one else can help you for your online orders. And if you try to contact this person, the operator always transfer you to another person. That's not the worst thing. This person always left the company very early everyday. I called four times and finally got him. The company cancelled my order only because my cellphone number is from another state however they already charged my credit card. I didn't know this until I called. They even didn't have time to send me an email about the cancellation.
