Monoprice not only continually provides excellent products that are assured to be in stock, but also backs up their merchandise with excellent customer support and technical advice. I've been shopping exclusively with Monoprice since 2008 for my electronic needs, and never have I once been dissatisfied with the results.

Just recently, I was mistakingly sent a defective product and quickly contacted customer support. Not only was I helped immediately, but I was sent a new replacement free of charge, all within 4 days; which included the shipping time. I would and I do recommend this excellent site to anyone that has electronic needs!
