Over years I've had mixed experiences with eBay. The way they operate is unique and different from other online stores. As many reviewers already mentioned, if buying from, or selling to a reputable party, then problems are rare. Nevertheless, the eBay is full of all kinds of scams as well. Understandably, it is impossible for the company to keep everything under control considering their business model, but to me, they are obviously unable to offer the same level of service as some other merchants in their league. The company's customer support is poor. Their rules and regulations are often vague. If things go wrong for any reason, the company does not possess as good mechanisms as other online sellers to resolve those issues. Clearly, eBay is far from reaching the level of reliability and reputation that other big players in the game have. For all these reasons, eBay is good for small, low risk transactions. For other deals, personally I would avoid them.

I purchased a Citizen watch from this seller because their price on the particular model was the lowest that I had been able to find at that time. The whole transaction was handled professionally, without a single issue and very quickly. Highly recommended!

The PainRx Store seems to be a decent online seller. It offers professional service, quick shipping, and slightly lower prices than other similar stores. So far, I've made a couple of online purchases from them, and in my opinion they deserve a positive feedback.

What a terrible experience! Typical Bait-and-Switch merchandiser. Do not waste your time with these people. For my wife and me, a simple plane ticket purchase turned into a nightmare. I spent over 20 hours speaking with their representatives in addition to trying to arrange the trip myself online, and I almost ended up paying more than a regular ticket cost through any other travel agent would be. Simply, they are unreliable, and they tend to advertise non-existent travel deals.

I made only one purchase from these guys, but the way they handled it was very professional. Four brand new tires, expressly delivered. I was pleased with their communication as well.

When it comes to purchasing expensive equipment, I prefer to go to a store and see it prior to swiping the credit card. A possibility that something can go wrong with the shipment has always kept me away form online shopping.

Experience with B&H is something different. Over the years, these guys have maintained high level of service which I could not find anywhere else, even among other highly ranked sellers. Every purchase I made was handled professionally and delivered quickly. This store is definitely one of the best I've heard of, and I would have no reservation recommending it to anyone.

Amazon.com is definitely a store that I use most often for my online purchases. All in all, except the traditionally slow delivery, everything else is OK- availability, selection, pricing, customer service. Minor problems here and there, but in general- highly recommended!

I have been occasionally purchasing stuff from Meritline for about 2 years now, last time in December this year. So far, I have not experienced any problems with this merchant. Their service is decent, they are reasonably priced and they deliver on time.

So far, I made only one small purchase from these guys, and everything went well- reasonably priced, fast delivery (overseas travel charger adapter).

As previous reviewer stated, this store seems to have very competitive prices. So far, I made only one purchase from them, but the transaction went smoothly, reasonably quickly (Fedex Home Delivery), and in this case, they had by far the largest selection of merchandize. Highly recommended!
