Tire Rack
Rating 2/10 1/5
modified review posted Jun-01-2011

Tirerack = great prices on tires and lots of choices BUT if anything goes wrong with your tire, forget about it. These guys are rude, unwilling to help, or go the extra to keep the customer happy, or in this case to keep the customer. I bought Continental tires that came with manufacturer's road hazard warranty (which is the biggest scam to begin with). But the problem stems from the fact that Tirerack is reluctant to help with the warranty. I had 2 tires go out on me in a span of 2 months, sure bad luck with nails, but can these guys help me out, hell no! Instead they tell me to call Continental, while Continental customer service do not even want to talk to their customer... great! Tirerack says it's manufacturer's warranty, manufacturer says warranty was sold through Tirerack so the warranty is theirs. All these guys care about is getting these tires out the door, once they sell the tire, they could care less what happens! Thought this was just my experience... according to the reviews this is pretty much on par for these guys. Tirerack you lose another customer!!!
