Their web site had a battery that was listed as being compatible with my Belkin F6C1000-TW-RK UPS, so I ordered it. When I got it, I found out it was not compatible (incorrect shape and voltage), so I returned it.
Then someone from Atbatt called me and said they had tested the battery and it was fine. I explained that it was not compatible with my UPS, and wanted a refund including shipping. They told me they would only refund the battery but not the shipping. I explained to them that their web site had an error by listing the battery as being compatible with my UPS. They claimed that the model number listed on their web site (F6C1000) was not the same as my UPS's model number (F6C1000-TW-RK), even though I am 100% positive that Belkin does NOT have a UPS with model number F6C1000. I saw F6C1000 on the Atbatt web site, and since Belkin does not have a model F6C1000, I assumed that it would work with the F6C1000-TW-RK. If anyone made a mistake here it is Atbatt by listing a nonexistent model number on their web site, but they tried to blame me for ordering the wrong battery. They refused to refund the shipping. I don't even know why they bothered calling me.

I can prove to you that there is no such model number as "F6C1000". Go to:
http://en-us-support.belkin.com/app/product/list/q/power
Then in the drop-down box select "UPS", then it will fill the next drop-down box with a list of ALL of their UPS model numbers, including discontinued ones. You will see that they do not have "F6C1000", but they do have "F6C1000-TW-RK".
But this is kind of beside the point. Why don't you give your customers the benefit of the doubt?

After reviewing your original purchase, we had discussed and come to the conclusion that you had purchased the replacement batteries for the F6C1000. Our website does list the F6C1000 and the F6C1000-TW-RK.
Furthermore, we did a little more research and determined that although Belkin does not have the F6C1000 listed on their website (this can be because it’s a model that is no longer in production), we were able to find the model F6C1000 listed on other competitors’ sites along with the F6C1000-TW-RK.
