I can sum up my experience with Comcast in two words: hot mess. In the year I have had service with them and the TWO different cities I have had my services, there has ALWAYS been something wrong. If my bill's not inaccurate, my DVR is messed up. If my Internet isn't out, the representatives are rude. If my phone isn't experiencing outages, my Cable is a black screen. You get the point. If it's not something, it's something else. I have unlimited local & long distance digital phone, premium Cable package with HD/DVR and their fastest High Speed Internet. I'm sure you can imagine how much money I fork over to this joke of a company each month. I've heard some good things about Comcast, but I have lived on the West side of Indiana in a large city and the East side of Indiana in another large city (about 2.5 hours away from one another) and had the same issues at each location. Lucky for me, Comcast has been the ONLY provider available at BOTH locations. If you have a choice, unlike myself, choose something else.
