We ordered checks. They took about four weeks to arrive. We followed the directions on their ordering website. We just sent out all our bills a few weeks ago using our new checks. None of them have been cashed. It turns out, that even though the check builder template requests your "account number" to be input into the correct field, you also need the last two digits of which account of that account number. Because that is not on any of our checks, no one can process our payment. This is a HUGE HASSLE now. All our bills are now going to be late, and we have to order new checks now.
