I was shipped an incomplete order. I attempted to resolve this with Beauty Rose, via email etc. I received no response. I called my credit card company and protested that portion of the charge that was never received. They filed a dispute. Beauty rose insisted they shipped the order complete. I was charged back. My credit card company has issued me a courtesy credit for the disputed total. This is not a reputable site do not do business with them.
