Called Petra's late Wed afternoon to enquire about PC parts which were no longer available from the manufacturer, that Petra's used to carry. Although not listed via the web portal, Gary remembered having a couple, and shipped them to me priority (from Indiana) and I had them (in Oregon) waiting for me when I got home from work Thursday. Less than 24 hours for the whole transaction. A great price on the parts and very cheap shipping.

I'd recommend them- I wish all online retailers were this good.
