Worst experience ever. Had problems using the website before but this was the last straw. I ordered a giftcard which was supposed to be delivered, via email, to the recipient within a couple of hours according to the website. By the next day it had not been delivered and i cslled target.com customer service where the rep could barely understand english and told me the giftcard i ordered would not be delivered until tomorrow (2 days after i ordered it). I told her i wanted to cancel the order then as the person's bday was today and i rather go to a different place and order a giftcard that would arrive the same day as theirs should have. She told me i couldnt cancel it because it was in the shipping process even though in reality it was not being shipped until the next day, if that! Im so frusterated with their poor service and will never shop there again!
