UPDATE: it said on his website "Appologies for the non dispatch of some orders. Due to a serious car accident" but the week before it said sorry for the delay all items sent so I don't know what to believe...Money was refunded and he did give compensation..But Good-Bad company who knows what to believe.
Very Poor service!, At first he answered the phone and I thought he was a ok guy but after he told me my items where dispached twice by recorded first class mail (second time a week later) and the items still did not turn up I got to see the true side of the company, tried many times to e-mail but mails gets returned and phone numbers on website are on perm' answerphone and he never gets back to you after leaving a messages.He would not refund my money or communicate with me so having to claim money back through mastercard!!
