The AVS (address verification system) came back as not a match with the information you provided us. We then called your bank and they also told us this information didn't match up, we only repeat verbatim what you set up on your NCIX.com profile. We are not sure why they reported this as not matching and they will not they disclose what's wrong or right as we are a third party.
We do ship to other addresses, you just need to register it with them as an alternative billing or shipping address which we mention on the check out page:
IMPORTANT: If shipping to an alternative address other than your billing address, we will verify your shipping address. Please make sure your alternative shipping address is listed on your file with the credit card company.
We are sorry this didn't go off without a hitch, but despite the problems your bank gave us when trying to verify we had it processed and shipped out the next day.
