The only reason I ordered from MacMall is because this item was out of stock everywhere else. Amazon has it for $69.99 but MacMall has it for $75+tax which is $82 total. MacMall's website shows they have 2 in stock. Just to be sure, I called their store and the sales confirmed that they do have 2 in the warehouse.

Today, the 15th, I pulled up my order tracking page and saw the item is in back order and my order was cancelled. I received NO communication or refund. Obviously, their inventory tracking system is really messed up. Why tell the customers they have it in stock when they don't?

Further more, I called their customer service and was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The guy who picked up has this awkward accent that I can barely understand him. Apparently, he can also barely understand me. I had to repeat five times to make him aware that I want my refund because the order tracking page says my order is cancelled. He said he has to send a message to their Paypal department since I paid via Paypal. Also, he said it'll take 3-5 business days to get my money back even though this is ALL MACMALL'S MISTAKE.

I am not sitting without my money and without my merchandise. Obviously I shall NEVER go back to this merchant ever again and will make sure others don't either.

BrickHouse has a comprehensive line of security cameras, both hidden and standard. Before I decided on a BrickHouse camera, I have researched many types of cameras thoroughly, on eBay, Amazon, and Google Shopping. In the end, I found BrickHouse's price unbeatable and their products are very unique. Shipping was fast - I got my item in only 5 days.

For my particular case, I ordered the Black Box Micro, which is not sold anywhere else. After testing it for a week, I have to say this is exactly what I was looking for. I needed a hidden camera that does circular recording. I also needed the device to be able to record 24/7 while plugged in to the AC outlet.

I can't find anything else on the market that even remotely comes close to the Black Box Micro. The closet thing I found was a clock camera which is priced at $250 - 350 online. The Black Box Micro cost only $89. It looks like a "USB hub" and is small so you can use it as a nanny cam and no one will notice it.

The video recorded by the Black Box Micro is excellent and it does NOT record audio which makes it perfectly in compliance to state laws (it's against the law to record audio in many states). With a 32GB Micro SD, the circular recording mode stores around one day worth of footage. I use it to monitor the living room and the kitchen and it serves this purpose perfectly.

I have not tried leaving the Black Box Micro running on battery yet, but you CAN potentially use it in your car. This would be an excellent preventive solution if you drive a lot. Should someone ever hit you, you'll have proof that you aren't at fault.

In short, you can use the Black Box Micro for anything. There are also a number of other great solutions on BrickHouse's website and I can assure you they have the most comprehensive solutions.

Fabric.com is the worst online retailer I've encountered so far. I purchased a small piece of fabric on 7/31/2012 and till this day it was not shipped. They simply created a UPS label on 8/7/12 to fool me into believing that it's shipped but UPS doesn't actually possess the package.

Their customer service made the excuse that they are currently moving and therefore all shipments are delayed. They offered no solution to rectify the problem, only asking me to "understand" that they are moving and I may have to wait indefinitely until they are done.

At this point there's no estimate when my merchandise will be shipped.

I retract my earlier statements as I see that the vendor is in fact, great. Unfortunately, it turned out that the product I purchased was defective (never buy another OCZ product), and so far NCIXUS has made every effort to make the return as smooth as possible.

After several conversations with this vendor, I feel that there are still merchants in this industry that has not forgotten customer service. Given the ever declining profit margin in the computer hardware industry, most business has taken the "sell cheap, no service" approach, but NOT for NCIX.
They've contacted me in several occasions to ensure that my problems were taken care of. In addition, messages sent to them are usually responded in several hours.

Their average product prices are not the lowest but once in a while they will have deals that are better than any other merchant. I do recommend this merchant.
