As you know, many Japanese anime sites charge your credit first, and then they ship you the order.<br><br>Secondly, they were honest. They informed me that some of the items I ordered were not in stock and so they didn\u0027t charge them.<br><br>Thirdly, I like their customer service because they didn\u0027t ignore any of my questions.
