So I purchased a phone from them after being told that the device was in stock. It was only after I completed my purchase (a few days after) that I was informed that my device was on backorder and wouldn't ship for at least 2 more weeks. I thought 2 weeks was a little long but I decided to wait. I tried to go on their website and find more info (there was none) and also tried contacting customer service (45 mins on hold?!), and the chat feature was completely non functional.
Fast forward two weeks later (shipped over new years so "next day shipping" really meant 4 day shipping) and the day I am supposed to receive my new phone, my current phone no longer has service. I was without phone service for several hours during the day (business hours) when I use my phone the most. I'm aware they activate your phone "upon delivery" but Verizon showed my account had a "pending order" so there was literally nothing I could do except wait for the phone to show up.
Chatted with their customer service on their website. They are totally useless, definitely not native English speakers. They essentially answer your questions by coping text from the site and pasting it into the chat box even if that isnt really a suitable answer.
Over all absolutely terrible customer service. They may give you a discount, but you make up the savings in frustration.

Because of this, it makes it very hard for us to determine the exact date of when we will receive the equipment. However, we did notify you by email on 12/16/2011 to advise you of the backorder status and also you have the option of checking your order status online through our self service option. Also, in general orders are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)and due to the holiday, delivery was delayed. I do apologize that you found this process frustrating. As we are constantly working to improve our processes, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you for sharing your experience!
