I ordered a battery for my laptop, a Thinkpad / Lenovo t410s. The battery was listed for this laptop. But when I received it, it was clearly not designed for this laptop.
Their return process is a complete mess. It has to be done by manually filling out a long *paper* form then faxing it back to them or e-mailing it back to them. The form asks for ridiculous things like the voltage and model number of your current laptop battery. The form is pre-checked for an exchange rather than refund, etc. They charge a $15 restocking fee. Just look for yourself:

This is a major pain and after shipping and the restocking fee and time spent I will hardly make the money back, but I am still going through with it on principle.
This company really seems like a scam. I have no idea how they have 5 stars on google search but that's probably part of the scam.
