First time buying from them. Needed a part for an older Dell server thats generally only not available used from many resellers. This worried me so I really researched places to order from to make sure my outcome with ordering would be good.

I found out about Velocity Tech when I was looking for info on how to swap out the power supply for the server and they actually had a video on Youtube on how to do it. I looked into their company and reseller ratings and when I saw their great rating combined with the fact they actually take the time by doing videos to help buyers out I new they were the one to buy from. Even spoke to their customer service rep who was super helpful. So I ordered. Good price and the part worked flawlessly.

Had it shipped Priorty Overnight. There was a shipping issue but it was NOT Velocitys fault. It got held up at a Fedex facility near me on the final leg of its journey to me and arrived later that day rather than by 10:30am as Fedex promises.

So Fedex gets 2 stars for shipping and VM gets 5 stars for shipping :-)
