When I talked with customer service via online chat the day before the release when other companies where shipping the phones they told me they did not know for sure when the phones would ship because they did not have any yet.... And there was a 2-5min pause between my questions and their responses. I chatted again on the release date and they assured me that they would have all the phones for the pre-orders in on Monday the 19th. I checked the backorder status again later in the evening, and they pushed it back to the 21st.... Each time I have talked to them it has take 15-20 min to ask a few simple questions because they are supper slow at responding and appear to have no helpful information.<br><br>They have good prices and are probably great if you are not getting a new phone that is just hitting the market, but apparently they are on the bottom of the food chain when it comes to getting new phones from sprint. I called them and tried going through all the various phone pathways, and I always recieved a full mail box message.The one time that I got through to a person they where not part of the company. This person was recieving 30-40 messages a day and was in the process of changing their number.
