I had never heard of this company until seeing a Groupon for it. I purchased it to make a calendar for my Mom, as I make one every year as a Christmas gift for her. I spent a long time trying to create the calendar and ordered it well before the cut-off date for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Their FAQ says printing takes 3-5 days, but mine spent 10 days in printing. On the 8th day I emailed them to find out what the delay was. I received a response 2 days later (now day 10) to say they were sorry for the delay and were refunding my shipping cost. It is now day 14, UPS has made their last delivery to me before Christmas (they do not deliver on Christmas eve) and I have not received my calendar.
Mixbook prices are much higher than the service I usually use and their shipping charges are OUTRAGEOUS!!! Mixbooks did not communicate with me about the delay until I reached out to them to find out what the problem was. There is also no phone number to contact Mixbook. I have tried their live chat, but it actually just sends an email to them and you get an automated response back. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
