“This is my first ever unsatisfied online order. I've been ordering from many different online stores since 2000. Here's why I am unsatisfied:
-More than one month to ship item to my home.
-No offer to refund shipping costs.
-Was told order was shipped/reshipped three times.

It has now been 11 business days since your notification that the "order has been shipped". The item was in stock when the order was placed and is still in stock today. What is the true status of this order?

I was told by ERWINCOMP.COM (shipper) that the package has been "shipped from [their] warehouse" and that they cannot provide a status for this shipment because "the tracking number does not seem to be working". Can you please tell me the status of this? It has been well over 10 business days since the date of shipment.

It has been 21 business days (about a month) since the date of this order on March 5 and 11 business days since you have started a package trace on March 21, when you have said that "[i]f they can not locate your order, they will reship your order again". Since the order was reshipped, it should have arrived here by now. One month for shipping this small order is not acceptable for the $10.95 shipping charge that I have paid. What is the true status of this order and when is the shipment expected to arrive here?

“I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of products from Newegg.com and never had any shipping, billing, or product issues. I find that their prices are almost always lower than local retail stores for computer related products. Actually, I can't recall any prices on Newegg.com being higher than any local retail stores. Definitely a recommended online store for computer related products. They have a great selection, even for those hard to find products.”

“I've ordered thousands of dollars worth of merchandise directly from Amazon.com for the past five years and never had any billing, shipping, or product issues. I even ordered an $1800 LCD TV and it was shipped less than a week from when it was ordered. It was shipped and installed using a contracted company called Pilot.”

“I ordered the JAVOScreen - Anti-Glare Screen Protector (screen only) (PSCR-00180) for Apple iPod 4G 20GB for $5.95. I'm satisfied with it. It does what it's supposed to do. Not happy about the shipping costs though. The lowest shipping charge they offered was $3.95 for this very lightweight and small item that would fit in a small envelope.”

“I've ordered dress shirts, dress pants, sweaters, under garments, socks, and a jacket from Lands' End and so far I am completely satisfied. I'm always weary about clothing that are priced very competitively because the quality of the clothes could be cheap, but not the case with Lands' End. They have an extensive selection of clothes and I love the interface and layout of the website.”
