I ordered from this website because it was the "best" price I could find for the canon powershot S3 IS, but before placing the order I called twice to make sure they had this camera in stock, both times I was told they did have it. I placed my order, and called back to confirm, I asked for the third time if they had the camera in stock, they told me they did, and then the sales rep began offering the accesories for this camera, I insisted that I didn't need anything but the camera. Since I didn't buy anything else, two days later I got an email from the shipping department informing that this camera was out of stock, and it would take "several additional weeks" until the backorder was filled. I sent them an email that they never responded, and finally I called to cancel my order. I hope my feedback helps you, this is not a serious company at all! they have a nice website but they are not a trusting one. BEWARE.
