I have been a regular customer of B&H for over six years because they are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their "customer is always right" attitude, competitive prices, low shipping fees and fast turnaround keep me coming back. I've bought everything from darkroom chemistry to digital camcorders to gaffer's tape from them, on the web, by phone and at their huge and well-staffed New York store.

They are not always perfect, but when they do make a mistake their response to a reasonable complaint is to go out of their way to do everything within reason to make the customer happy and address any issues.

B&H has my highest recommendation.

Ordered 15 rolls of outdated film. The advertised price was ridiculously low, but shipping charge was ridiculously high, working out to about $1 per roll. On the other hand, I got my film 18hrs after order and net cost was still cheap. Overall positive, but I would have liked to see more reasonable shipping options (or a more up front pricing scheme).
