There is no way to reach this company! It appears to be a ButterflyPhoto company. They supply two email addresses, neither of which work. Calling the 800 number gets you a machine from which you are disconnected repeatedly after each of several tries. The confirmation of purchase only included the amount charged, not what was purchased. A couple of days later I received a proper confirmation.

I finally reached a person who sounded nice and who assured me that the item was shipped. I told her about the email problem and she told me that she was sending me an email confirming that she spoke to the IT department. I received the email.

It is possible that the problems are web related and not something I need to be concerned about. I will follow up with the results.

The computer I order was a medium high end computer. My wife was tired of using older generation computers and works a lot from home.

I asked for counsel on quiet and I added an item half-way through the process. They answered the phone promptly, they gave me good advice, and they were quite friendly.

The system was delivered on 5/12. Though it took a long time, an eternity when you are excited about receiving a new toy, they kept me up to date, and I was patient. I have built many computers myself, and I know that parts arrive dead, they arrive later than you want, and stuff happens to slow you down. I wanted this computer to work when I received it, even though I was not asking for it to have an OS on it.

The build was beautiful!! The system consisted of:

The system was absolutely wonderfully quiet, fast, beautifully wired, and I am a hero to my wife. It has Windows 7 x64 Ultimate. What else is important in life except to have your wife think that you are a hero?

I would say that the time it saved me in putting the parts together and testing was worth the price that you pay to them to do it. I had seen a couple of people complain about the length of time it takes to get the system and sloppy wiring. This was not the case for me and the wait was very well worth it.

I really liked this company's approach. I ordered a Samsung LN46a650 LCD TV at a GREAT price that was on back order clearly noted on the website.

I wrote to them twice checking on the status. Both times they responded to my email (though a bit more slowly than I would have liked) and told me when they expected the order.

When the order was shipped, they sent me an email, followed up with a telephone call from the shipper who gave me detailed instructions about what to expect, and they followed the phone call up with an email. When it arrived, ahead of schedule, the two delivery men followed the procedure to a T.

I will definitely do business with them again.

I received an email after I ordered saying that I should call to verify my order. When I did, they tried to sell me more stuff, which I did not want and did not buy.

I then received a call saying that there was a problem with my account. When I called they told me that the address was not on record with my credit card company. They gave me a number to call. That number was not a valid number.

I called my credit card company who called them and they were told that the address was OK.

The next day I got an email saying that the order was canceled because it was on back order but that I could buy a different model.

I have had this same problem before and this is an indication that their price is a phony.

I have been buying from them non-exclusively for many years. I buy from them when they are the lowest price or near lowest price if I have no experience with they lower priced ones or if ResllerRatings reviews leads me away from the lower ones. I have had only one or two instances where they shipped more slowly than I wanted and I have purchased nearly 100 items from them over the years. I never have had a problem with the customer service, getting refunds if I did not like the product I received, or any other problem whatsoever.

This time I ordered on the evening of the 14th, it shipped on the 16th and I will receive it on the 19th. I paid the whopping sum of $3.00 for 2-day shipping and that is when FedEx is planning to deliver it.

Bottom line is that ZipZoomFly remains among the top 3 sites from whom I order.

Amaon acted as an intermediary for another reseller, Caiman.com. The item was supposed to be shipped within two days. It was shipped 9 days later with no notification that it would be late. If I had not checked, I would not have known. Amazon made good by refunding my money in full and reimbursing me for the shipping charge to return it.
