WARNING FRAUD. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER. I called before I placed my order to see if they had the item in stock because all other companies said that it was on manufactor back order, which sales representative claimed that the item was in stock. I placed an order 3/7/2007 for a Pioneer DEH9800BT for $414.98. They charged my debit card on 3/8/07. A week later I still had not heard for them; so I called about my order and was told that it would ship the next day. Three days later still had not heard from them so I called back and lady said that it was in stock but the shipping department just hadn't got it shipped yet and once again it would she the next day. March 15, 2007 still no item. So, I called again 3/15/07 and after 45 minutes of holding spoke with customer service rep and canceled order. I was told that it would take 24hr for credit department to refund money and 96hr to see credit back on my debit card. It is now 5/24/07 I still have not received my credit from them and no they no longer have a website and phone number is invalid.
