    By far my favorite merchant. Buying from them multiple times a month, and with Prime, everything is a breeze.
    Every problem I've ever had with them was promptly and courteously resolved by their customer service.

    Placed an order. Order never shipped due to insufficient stock, but no one bothered to notify me of a situation -- had to find out by calling 5 days later.
    Will never trust my business to them again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

    P.S. In response to J&R comment, the problem isn't that the drive was in short supply, but rather that they:
    (a) accepted the orders (3 of them, as the response indicates, for 2 separate items, at different times), when they didn't have the stock
    (b) sat on the orders (all the while keeping a non-trivial hold on the credit card) for 5 days
    (c) did not notify me of the problem -- took me calling them 5 days later to find out the orders aren't going to ship

    “There is currently a worldwide shortage of hard drives as a result of the frightful flooding in Thailand. As such, many sellers, including us, have struggled to keep us with a sudden and unrelenting demand. We have found it necessary to restict quantity sales for the time being. In spite of that, we have run out of several models like the one ordered here. We tried all of our sources and that took a bit more time than usual.

    We are sincerely sorry to not be able to fulfill this gentleman's orders (he ordered 3 separately) at this time. We are hopeful our customers will undertand.

    Placed on order online. Had a callback from them, at which time they confirmed stock.
    Calling 4 days later to find out the status of the order, turned out they didn't have any stock after all -- and did not bother to advise me of the problem, all the while maintaining $8000+ hold on my credit card.

    Took over a week to ship the item. When attempted to cancel, the item was shipped (or is claimed to be shipped) anyway.

    Will not buy from again.
