They canceled my Premier Silver Reward Zone account claiming I misused the program but they won't explain how I misused it. I've had orders canceled for no good reason. I now see why people call them Worst Buy. I won't buy from them anymore.

They canceled 5 out of 6 of my orders because I used a promo code. I never got confirmation or cancellation emails for any of my orders. I checked the order tracking info on their web site with my order numbers and 5 of the orders just disappeared. Only one order showed up as shipped.

I'm writing this because of their rude customer service representative. I called to ask if they would list an item on the Barnes & Noble Marketplace so I could use my B&N gift card to purchase the item. I see they list a lot of electronic items on there. He said something very rude that was like "customers don't dictate what we list on our web site or other web sites." The point is he was very rude in his answer to me. He could have just said "I'm sorry but we don't do that" or something to that effect. After reading the other reviews here, I'm glad I didn't do any business with them. And you can tell most, if not all, of the good reviews are fake. Click on the user names of the positive reviewers and notice it says "Total Reviews 1." Obviously an employee posting that 1 positive review.

Web sites like this are a scam to get yours and your friends Facebook info. I tried signing up for a promo with my Facebook account and got this message "It appears your Facebook account is not eligible for this promotion. If you believe this determination has been made in error, please fill out our Facebook Account Verification Form and we will manually review your request." But they still got my Facebook account info and my friends. One of my friends tried to send another friend a free gift card and got this nasty message "Dear Xxxxx,

This message has been sent to notify you that Xxxxx xxx is not eligible to receive free eGift Cards. As per our Terms of Service, we only allow one Facebook account per customer. We have algorithms that are designed to detect invalid, inactive or suspect Facebook accounts and these accounts are not eligible to receive free or discounted eGift Cards. Many factors go into determining if an account is eligible, such as the number of friends and many other factors that are common in suspect accounts. If when the recipient logs in to retrieve their gift and we determine that they are ineligible, they are told they are not eligible and will be denied access to the gift. Each time you attempt to send cards to ineligible accounts we mark your account with this activity and you become eligible for less free cards.

If you continue engaging in activity that appears to violate our Terms of Service you will not be eligible to give or receive any free cards from your account. If you repeatedly attempt to give free cards to accounts that are not eligible, our system assumes you are just sending these to Facebook accounts set up for the purpose of taking more than your fair share of free eGift Cards. If you believe this decision was made in error, please contact our customer support team to request a manual account review to confirm that your account is valid and eligible."

They sent me a email to rate them and let them know about my experience with an order and I told them what happened. I ordered Chinese food and the shrimp lo mein had a horrible taste and smell. It seemed the shrimp was bad and I told them it gave me stomach aches. They replied with an email that said "The restaurant is currently closed. We will follow up with management tomorrow to seek a resolution." The next day I received an email that said "Thank you for contacting Delivery.com. We're sorry that you didn't enjoy the food you ordered last night. Although there isn't anything we can do about that order, you can follow the steps below to hopefully get some of your favorite merchants listed on our site." Didn't enjoy the food?!?! I was served rotten shrimp and they're lucky I didn't end up in the hospital. The take out place and Delivery.com would have been hearing from an attorney. They could have at least offered a $5 off coupon for my next order which I wouldn't have used because this lousy Chinese place is the only place in my delivery area.

They canceled my order claiming they didn't have enough stock when the item I ordered didn't actually go out of stock on their web site until hours after I ordered. The truth is they didn't want to fulfill my order because I used a code that gave $10 off $10 and free shipping. Some other people who used the code and are having their orders shipped are being charged full price with the discount code removed. They've done this in the past. They're offering a $20 off code but since all the cheaper items are sold out, an order now would cost more than an order with the $10 off code. Fannie May is shady and overpriced and I'll never try to order from them again.

They cancelled my order because of a typo on the price, however Leah,Customer Service manager, called me to explain the situation and took care of everything.

Edit: Actually they called me and harassed me until I gave them my user name and password for here so they could log in and change my review. They also bribed me with a $25 coupon code.

Canceled my order claiming a promo code I used came from an "unauthorized source." First and last time I try ordering from them. Up yours Eastern Mountain Sports! All their stuff is way overpriced anyway.

Livingsocial.com sucks with their $20 CVS voucher for $10 deals which are for select customers only. Their take out food deals don't have any participating locations near me. Most deals I do "qualify" for suck. I won't ever buy anything from them.

Cancelled my order claiming some kind of fraud was committed. All I did was use a promo code. Seems like they're the ones committing fraud. I'll make sure to never try and buy from them again.

I purchased a $10 Burger King gift card for $5 through SaveMore.com. I found out their gift card supplier Digital Doorstep has filed for bankruptcy and they're refunding all gift card purchases. They responded once through their Facebook page and asked for my name but will not respond anymore. I had to file a BBB complaint and will request a chargeback if they don't issue a refund.

My order was canceled for a $10 Domino's gift card for $5.99. The reason given was that I previously purchased a gift card from them. Well then the web site should have made me aware of this at the time I placed the order and not allowed the order to go through. The money has been taken from my account. I'm now waiting for a refund. If I don't receive it within a week I will be requesting a charge back. In the cancellation email I was told I could receive the gift card for free if I spend $25 or more on a coupon deal. No thanks. Nice scam.

They took orders for an OCZ SSD they had no stock of, and held the money claiming they were trying to get stock in. They had no intention of ever fulfilling the orders. They just intended to hold the money until customers canceled.

I don't usually take chances with unknown online retailers but this place came through with some nice speaker wire wall tacks delivered in two days. Their 10mm Flat Cable Clips are perfect for attaching 12AWG speaker wires to walls. Couldn't really find them anywhere else. Thanks!
