Website easy to navigate, though at times a bit sluggish to react. Enormous variety of products available, reliable and honest rating (as opposed to some on ebay), former experiences with customer service to my full satisfaction. Glad to have the choice of USPS now, rates are about half of those of UPS or FedEx. Time needed to Switzerland was 6 days (as opposed to usually 3 days with UPS), which is very acceptable. Wishes: As many pictures of the items as possible, sometimes it is hard to guess, if the item is exactly the thing I imagine it would be.
