By far the worst retailer that I have ever dealt with. I placed my original order with Onsale via Amazon on 22 Aug. Due to inventory issues, the order was cancelled. I received information that the item was available again on 20 Sep. I placed my order directly through Onsale using my Amazon order number as reference. My order was cancelled on 25 Sep. Here is the reason for Onsale's cancellation of my order. I placed the order from an international IP. Of course I placed the order from an international IP. I was on a business trip in Taiwan. Onsale only gave me a few days to reorder the item. The payment address and shipping address were inside the USA. The original order was placed from within the USA, when I was physically in the USA to order it. If this is how Onsale treats people who buy from them, then they should not be a retailer. That is it for my review, I will write my complain to the Better Business Bureau, since they need to be out of business for such practices.
