Till today\u0027s date i have not got my Television. <br>They are saying that they have send the Television via their White Gloves delivery service named as \u0022SELECT EXPRESS\u0022 and i had no choice to choose any other shipping options from their online website.<br> I called B&H Photo after couple of days and they are saying that they shipped my Television to \u0022Select Express\u0022 and you should get it in few days, <br>after couple of days i called Select express and they are saying that they have not got my Television from B&H Photo <br>so i am just bouncing from one place to another with no fault of mine and the money has been debited from my account since past 10 days.<br> I would never ever recommend B&H PHOTO to any of my friends nor relatives and i would warn you guys too,<br> They sale stuff cheaper then other retails stores and websites but no wonder as you wont ever get your stuff! All of sudden my order canceled just like that, So i went to their website to check the status of my order and i was completely surprised to know that my order was not available but my items were available at their website for higher prices now. I called them and was directed to several extension and was on hold for more then 45 mins. Never recommend this website to my worst enemies, this people are criminals and their website should be closed. “Thanks for your order and feedback. Our records indicate that we promptly shipped out your LCD Television via Select Express. They unfortunately misplaced your order and we filed a tracer/claim on your behalf. We also processed a new order which is scheduled to be shipped later today. We regret the carriers mishap and apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you.
We do not believe we deserve this Dissatisfied rating when we diligently worked to resolve this issue and we are reshipping another LCD TV to you.
