In short, not a very good experience. First, I waited 1 full week to see when my product would ship. After no movement at all, I decided to chat and find out why it had not yet shipped. The response I got was that the item was suddenly discontinued. If I had not called I never would have known! So I then asked for a refund - which I was given. Strangely however, the product arrived 2 days later. Altough that was a good thing, I still had to beg another online merchant to cancel a new "replacement" order. I then waited about another week to see if Ozbo would then issue a new invoice since the original order was refunded to me. Nothing happened which lead me to believe that I accidentally recieved a free item. But I would never allow this, so I called and explained what happened and then asked to be charged for the item once again. The woman did so and finally all was complete. But the woman never even thanked me for my honesty. I was left feeling a little bitter about this after I hung up. But I felt better because I did the right thing. I dont think Ozbo can say the same.
