The telephone salesperson was helpful, courteous, and VERY knowledgable about MACs. When the items arrive they had good instructions for installation and everything fit PERFECTLY! Additionally, the prices I paid were LOWER than the prices in their add in the April issue of Macworld magazine! DOUBLE BONUS!! I doubled my processor speed, added RAM, and added a huge amount of hard-drive space all in about an hour! I could not be happier with their products and service! Thank you Other World Computing for saving me needing to buy a new computer. This \u0022box\u0022 will now keep me happy for at least another two or three years I\u0027m sure!!
