I ordered several items including a $90 Mossberg 500 Shotgun barrel. The barrel is packaged in a clear plastic case. You can CLEARLY see the barrel is BADLY rusted thru the packaging. They sent it to me anyways. I wrote them to exchange it and they expect ME to pay the shipping back. I paid for a NEW barrel and received a RUSTED one. MidwayUSA customer service SUCKS.

Ordered 2 xbox bundles on Nov 20th. Delivery notice on OD website said delivery Nov 25th between 830am and 5pm. Waited home all day and finally called them at 630 and they said the item had been discontinued.
THEY HAD CHARGED MY debit card for the full amount almost 500 and held those funds up for 5 days until I called THEM.
NO update on website. NO update email. NO phone call from them.
SECOND time OD did this to me in 2 months.
No wonder their ratings are so low.
NEVER AGAIN OD, YOU ARE A HORRIBLE COMPANY.

I have ordered several times and I have been happy on the prices. The shipping is a little slow when they offer free shipping. I guess they get slammed. The reason I took the time to write is I had one item was damaged in shipping in a box. It was packed with several other heavier items. I emailed them for an exchange and they sent me a new one without even needing the other returned. Thanks!

I have had unlimited text messaging on my family plan(3 phones) that I was paying seperate package rates for each of the three phones on my account for almost 2 years.
I called to have it changed to unlimited family text plan which was a cheaper rate than paying the text packages for each phone seperately.

I received my new bill for the month and Sprint had charged me $147.99 for text messaging. Also $21.18 for data usage when I had a block on all my lines to not be able to access the web. Apparently they removed the data block without my request and removed the text plans completely instead of changing it to the family text pack.

They have suspended my account until I pay the amount.

I called them several days ago and spoke with Michelle on Dec. 7h 2007(Sprint confirmation # 19006880)who said she would correct the error.

On Dec 8th I called at 5:45pm EST and spoke with Sprint employee 91875 who assured me the phone would be back on in 4 hours or less and that I would be credited the $168.

Dec 9th phone service still not available. I called Sprint Employee 631601 at 6:45pm EST who once again assured me I would be credited the $168 and my phone would be restored.

Dec 10th 2:36pm EST still NO phone service on any of my 3 phones, and NO credit to my account. I have now been without service for over 3 days do to THEIR admitted error and it has not been corrected.

USED item. They sent me an obviously opened, used and damaged item. I requested a refund and they told me to ship the item back at my expense. It would cost me more than the $20 item cost to ship it back. They sell USED items as new.
