After ordering, website sends my account password clear-text via email, effectively exposing my account info to the world. I emailed stating this is unsafe business practice, and got no reply.
When ordering, website stated that the item would not be delivered for 14 days. Meh, OK because I was saving about $30. I continued to check the website for my order status ... it was "pending" until the day before I was to receive it (and the delivery time was still advertised to be 14 days). I emailed asking if my order would be delayed, then noticed the website had a message stating they would not be doing any shipping for several days before and after Christmas. However, I received no notice my order would be delayed, I had to read this on their website. I _did_ get a reply to my email ... and all it said was "sorry we cannot fulfill your order right now, would you like to wait a few more weeks or cancel the order?" I then go back to their website just to check and see if the order was still in pending, and see another message stating that they now will not be shipping Jan 5-10th. And now they have a notice that the item is out of stock.
So here I am, 3 weeks after ordering, and they are telling me "so sorry, wait several weeks more or go elsewhere." I could have been enjoying my headphones a week before Christmas had "Johnny" just told me they had no stock when I ordered originally, and I could have gone elsewhere.
Shame I cannot pick zero stars.
