Ripoff artists. They told me they had the part, then called a week later to say they had to source it from another dealer. They wanted to bump the price by 10%. Billed my credit-card and then another 2 weeks go by and I get another call telling me they can't cover it with their warranty. I complained and said the deal was already done. Called after another week. Part still hadn't shipped and they tried to tell me that I had already been informed that it would be covered by warranty. I demanded a refund, of both the initial fee and their "non-refundable" transaction processing fee. They agreed, but only on threat of being sued. These guys are thieves. Don't deal with them. I haven't seen a refund yet, but will sue them if it doesn't happen promptly.
