AWFUL!!! I ordered a book from these guys 3 months ago. I received an e-mail saying that the item was backordered (which is kind of rediculous since it is an out of print book). I attempted to contact them after noticing that my credit card was charged, and they sent me the same generic e-mail saying that the item was backordered. I have tried to cancel the order, or get ahold of someone on the phone and neither has produced any results. So now my credit card has been charged for an item I haven't received and no one has responded to me in over two months. I am in the process of filing a dispute through paypal. This has got to be some kind of scam. Send you back order notices and then just hope you forget to follow up on it.
