Ordered a Minolta Flash unit from them which showed on there web site with "24 hours shipping). I also ordered 2 day shipping. 5 days latter there was still no shipping notice and after 3 calls to their CS number they can not explain problem or provide expected ship date although they insisted that the item was in stock at the problem was "at the warehouse."

When I finally gave up and instructed them to cancel the order the last guy I spoke to tells me to accept the order when it arrives and call them for an RMA number. It was only after I advised them that I would refse the order and have them charged back via the credit card that they finally canceled the order. The only reason to suggest this for an unshipped order is to enable them to charge you shipping and possibly a restocking fee, and, of course, play the float with you money while they delay, as long as possible, crediting you the balance.

Would advise potential customers to shop elsewhere.

I use B&H fairly often, both online and in store. Never had a problem with anything I've purchased, either with the item itself of B&H's handling of the order or shipping process.

In this case I bought an Android tablet and an accessory. As I live right across the river in NJ, their free ground shipping is effectively "Next Day" and that was the case here. Both items arrived the day after I ordered them, well packed in working condition.

Can't ask much more than that from a merchant!

I happened onto the site the day they were offering SanDisk 32gb Class 4 micro SD cards for $35 I had been looking for these for our Androids so I put 2 in the cart and went to check out. That's where the problems began. I go through the complete check out process and get an error. I check my AMEX account and see that there is an charge pending So I call cust serv and am told that I have to create a log-in to purchase anything from them, and not to worry as the item showing on my card was only an authorization and I wouldn't actually be charged.

Later that day I decided to order a third SD card for my camera using a different credit card. That process went normally.

A couple of days later I notice that both $70 charges had been posted to my AMEX account. So much for the assurances about it only being an authorization. That said, it took me a couple of days to get in touch with them again but once I did, the young lady I spoke to was friendly and efficient and they credited my account immediately.

I never received the promised shipping notifications for either order but all three cards arrived here this past Saturday, were as described, and all three have been installed and are working fine.

Clearly they need to work on the order fulfillment system and make it clear that creating a account is required before ordering (as opposed to “guest” ordering). However, I ultimately received the items ordered, in the promised time frame promised, and there is no doubt it was a good deal so I'm generally satisfied with these purchases.

I have to say that I am extremely happy with this merchant. I cracked a rim on my Expedition and have been driving around on the spare for months trying to located a replacement. The Ford dealerships wanted $535 for a single steel rim!

I finally gave up and decided to just buy a completely new set of rims. I looked at a number of both online and local retail sources when I came upon Discount Tire Direct. They had a rim I liked at reasonable prices.

After picking out the rim I decided to call the company to verify that the rims would both fit my truck and that my current tires (relatively new) would fit on these rims.

Once all was verified, the gent I spoke with dropped the price another $50 so the bottom line was a I got all four alloy rims, caps and chrome valve stems and the lug-nut set with key, shipped for $456!

To top things off, I was expecting processing and shipping to take a week or so but I ordered the things on a Tuesday and had them in hand by 1:00 Thursday!

I have since taken them to my local Firestone and had the tires remounted. Everything fit perfectly. No issues with rims and the things look terrific.

All in all, you can't have a better online ordering experience than that!

A few months ago I decided to rewire my entire home network with new CAT5E cabling and started looking around the various online venders when I came across IOFAST. Their prices were quite reasonable, as were the shipping charges.

I placed my order and received teh items as ordered in the time frame stated (2 days via USPS Priority).

I have been quite please with the high quality of the cabling and ave since returned to IOFAST a few times for additional needs with the same results.
