I happened onto the site the day they were offering SanDisk 32gb Class 4 micro SD cards for $35 I had been looking for these for our Androids so I put 2 in the cart and went to check out. That's where the problems began. I go through the complete check out process and get an error. I check my AMEX account and see that there is an charge pending So I call cust serv and am told that I have to create a log-in to purchase anything from them, and not to worry as the item showing on my card was only an authorization and I wouldn't actually be charged.
Later that day I decided to order a third SD card for my camera using a different credit card. That process went normally.
A couple of days later I notice that both $70 charges had been posted to my AMEX account. So much for the assurances about it only being an authorization. That said, it took me a couple of days to get in touch with them again but once I did, the young lady I spoke to was friendly and efficient and they credited my account immediately.
I never received the promised shipping notifications for either order but all three cards arrived here this past Saturday, were as described, and all three have been installed and are working fine.
Clearly they need to work on the order fulfillment system and make it clear that creating a account is required before ordering (as opposed to “guest” ordering). However, I ultimately received the items ordered, in the promised time frame promised, and there is no doubt it was a good deal so I'm generally satisfied with these purchases.
